Small signs do not include picture hooks.
Most of the wood I use comes from left over scrap wood from a local construction company. Therefore, some boards are smooth while others are a rougher cut. I do not guarantee the cut of wood you will be getting. There will be imperfections, or markings and I make no attempt to remove them or cover them up as I believe it gives the items character! :)
***The letters are all painted and not vinyl. The paint is applied thick on some signs, so it may feel like vinyl, but it is not.
All of my signs have a distressed look. To give it that distressed look, I sand them after I paint them. When this happens, some of the letter color will be speckled in the background of the sign. Backs are left unfinished.
You can also use them on a fall wreath! Please note that no two will be exactly alike. Even though I do sand the wood, splinters are still possible,, be careful!
